LEVEL 3 - GAMMA

In this final stage of the BARDO Neuro-Inclusion Maturity Model, the organisation fully harnesses the power of diversity of thought to drive innovation, resilience, and long-term competitive advantage. Inclusion and sustainability are no longer seen as a separate initiative but are seamlessly embedded into every facet of organisational culture, from leadership and decision-making to team dynamics and customer engagement.

At this level, inclusive thinking is second nature, shaping how challenges are approached, strategies are developed, and opportunities are seized. Leaders and teams operate with a deep sense of shared purpose, where psychological safety, trust, and belonging are foundational to collaboration and performance. The organisation is agile, adaptive, and forward-thinking—continuously evolving to meet the needs of an increasingly complex and diverse world. Inclusion is not just practiced; it is the driving force behind sustained success and impact.
