You can request this coaching personally or be referred by your employer.

This one-to-one coaching programme is bespoke to you. Tailored to achieve distinct outcomes and provide experiences and knowledge to aid your self-discovery and development around inclusion. Non-judgemental and completely confidential.

  • privilege and power

  • the invisible problem

  • everyday sexism/racism

  • microaggressions, and  

  • anti versus non.

Sessions can take place face-to-face in a neutral location or online.
